Hard to believe it is the end of the third quarter of the year already! I set some pretty lofty goals for myself for the 3rd quarter and in a review of them, I guess I didn't do too badly.
Write 50k words for Camp NaNoWriMo.
We were dealing with the final rounds of selling our house and buying a new one during July which took a lot of time but I managed to get 42k words done and I did a lot of planning, outlining, and building of various series bibles.
Edit Silver Shores book 1.
If starting and stopping counts then I at least attempted to get this done. I'm about halfway through edits. I did name the book finally so when it's released it will be "Pieces of the Past".
Write a Christmas novel.
I got about 35k words into this project. When we found out we were going to be moving and when I realized there was no way I was going to be able to finish this by my deadline for it this year so I set it on the back burner to finish in December during the Christmas season for release next year.
Write a newsletter magnet.
An attempt was made.
I did manage to write about half of "Buried in her Boots", book 2 in The Comstock Mysteries series which wasn't on my goal list for Q3.
