January was a great month! It was challenging, busy, and rather productive. At the beginning of the month, I shared a list of goals. Take a look at what I accomplished.
Finishing my edits on Mayhem at the Mine. I finished the edits, did more re-writing, and sent it off to my Alpha reader. (An Alpha reader is someone who reads the story and provides feedback on it before it goes to the editor).
Send the manuscript to my editor. I’m scratching this one because I decided to use an Alpha reader before sending to the editor
Design the cover. – I did not get the cover done
Begin marketing – I did not start marketing
Decide on a name for book 3 Finally! I came up with a name for book 3 in the Comstock series. You are reading it here first – Hauntings at the Hotel
Outline book 3 YES! Book 3 in the Comstock series, Hauntings at the Hotel, is outlined!
Start writing book 3 I’m happy to announce that it is officially in production!
Additionally in January, I made progress toward a secret project, worked on some research for Seeds of the Past, Plotted several more books in the Comstock series and in the Silver Shores series.

I think you did great.
Thank you

Thank you, Linda!
Alice
I’m not really much of a romance reader unless it includes a good mystery! I prefer all my books to be pretty tame (no cussing, no extreme violence, and not risqué!). So I think I’m a typical cozy reader!

Hi Alice! I agree, you are a typical cozy reader and that is awesome!!
Peggy
I look forward to reading your book when Alpha and your editors get finished with it. I like romance and a little risqué, but when they get down and dirty it’s not for me…
I loved the pictures. I love the snow on the trees too, I take the same type pod pictures and I try to get ones of the horefrost. I think I need a better camera for that! But I keep trying anyway!

Hi Peggy,
Thank you for stopping by! I think I have the same pictures year after year!
